Great place to stay in Malta!

It was a true pleasure to stay at Moonstone Guesthouse! My stay was perfect in every way.  This guesthouse is a new little gem in the heart of Sliema, perfectly located to explore the city and the island of Malta. Location: Very central and convenient, you have everything close by, walking distance to cafés, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop, ferry, etc. Staff: Courtesy and hospitality is top notch! Johann and Chris made our stay truly perfect by their care and attention to detail and to each individual guest. They shared their time, advice and stories about Malta with us that enriched our experience and knowledge of the island, always with outmost grace and respect. I really felt home and truly valued as a guest and felt like my stay at Moonstone Guesethouse was a little culture tour into the charms of Malta. Facilities: The guesthouse is very new, everything works perfectly and feels like it has just been bought or renovated with great quality. Besides the "novelty" touch, the hotel also has antique pieces that reflect the art and history of malta and make the hallways, lobby and bar space very elegant and classy. If I understood correctly, works will be shortly underway to expand the spaces further and add even more amenities to the guesthouse in the next few weeks or months.. Everything was perfect.

Genuine hospitality in a great location.  A very clean, newly opened and lovingly designed hotel in a good location. Particularly noteworthy are the warm hospitality of the owner and his team, as well as the personal atmosphere. You quickly realize that this is not just a hotel, but also a place where guests are introduced to Malta – through recommendations, conversations and small cultural insights at breakfast. The rooms are newly furnished, modernly equipped and also have a kitchenette. Our room was very well maintained and from the balcony we had a great view over Sliema, the harbor, Fort Manoel and Valletta. We always received quick and friendly help when we had questions. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Moonstone Boutique Living Guest House - we felt the hospitality from beginning to end.

It was an unforgettable experience. The entire hotel represents authentic Maltese hospitality and culture. Aesthetically placed antique furniture creates atmosphere of 18-19 century with modern comfort.  The exceptional hospitality and reception of manager with due diligent attention to any detail well deserved class of boutique hotel with exceptional service.  We had a privilege to have a dinner in the restaurant of hotel. With serving of traditional Maltese cuisine prepared by home recipes. It was truly unforgettable experience.  Strongly recommend if you wish to emerge in to Maltese culture and meet amazing people like Johann and Chris.
